退貨政策

 

  1. 本店於出貨前會詳細檢查貨品品質，客戶亦需檢查貨品，一經查收，不能退換。
     

  2. 速遞到貨後，如發現貨物有損壞，不要簽收並即時與本公司聯絡。顧客必上附上貨物照片以顯示損毀程度，經核實後，本公司會盡快安排換貨或退款。
     

  3. 請注意，已簽收或已使用的貨品一概不能退款。

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers are encouraged to check the products once received. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after product is confirmed to be received by customers.
     

  2. Upon receipt of the item, customer or the recipient shall inspect and confirm the contents and conditions of the item and sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt. The title and risk of loss or damage to item shall pass to customer at that time. Customer shall report any discrepancy to us immediately with photos as evidence.
     

  3. Please note that signed or used goods are non-refundable.
